Day of Commitment

Share & Comment
Pakistan (Republic) Day, to commemorate the Lahore Resolution of 1940 and the adoption of the first constitution of Pakistan during the transition of the Dominion of Pakistan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan on 23 March 1956 making Pakistan the world’s first Islamic republic. Celebrations across country are going on with military parades, laying floral wreath at founder's mausoleum.

“Our duty to the State comes first, then our duty to our Province, district, town, village and lastly, ourselves.”  Muhammad Ali Jinnah

I can’t forget one saying of M A Jinnah, the day I read it. On every historical holiday we go to founder’s mausoleum and lay floral wreath with military parade, very proudly. I wonder how our leaders proudly go there with achieving nothing, ignoring the thoughts and sayings of Quaid. As a nation we are disunited undisciplined and disloyal to our country. Where is Unity, Faith and Discipline. We have decorated our every office with the picture of Quaid-e-Azam. What is meaning of doing this if we are not following his path. He who worked for us tirelessly ignoring his health and family, and we are today enjoying with photo shoots at his mausoleum ignoring his efforts for us.His vision, which is absolute patriotic, we should follow it and I think that’s the only solution to our problems, problems in which we are stuck in today.

Let we celebrate Pakistan Day with making at least make one resolution, one commitment. Spread uniting force around the nation, and face every challenge as a nation. Pakistan has given you a lot, you can’t repay it. It is time to give Pakistan a discipline and faithful nation. We are always proud of M A Jinnah, It is time to make him proud of us.

May Pakistan Prosper Always!
